MTA Unused Railroad Site in Los Angeles

LifeArk and Illumination Foundation is proposing a Bridge Housing project in the City of Los Angeles along a 1.08 acre unused railroad site for 72 units of bridge housing for homeless individuals. The proposal includes office space and a clinic for Intensive Case Management Services provided by Illumination Foundation.

LifeArk’s flexibility allows for creative layouts like our 2-3 bed cluster models to sit on irregular shaped lots in densely packed neighborhoods such as Los Angeles.
